Return Policy:

You may return your unwashed, unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase for either a store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to original payment method. 

• Jewelry, body care, intimates, & sale items & vintage items are final sale. They are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping Policy:

Arrow Tree Boutique can ship within the continental U.S. Shipping costs are paid by customer and are not refundable. We ship via USPS. Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as we will only ship to the address provided to us during checkout. Please allow 2BD for order processing time, and once shipped, allow items 4-7BD to reach you (times vary by your local carrier and can be impacted by weather conditions).
